Children's Ministry

 

First Pentecostal Church of Westlake believes in investing in our future. We believe Proverbs 22:6, Train up a child in the way he should go: and when he is old, he will not depart from it. We disciple children to be followers of Jesus Christ, and create an atmosphere where they have a great time learning.

 

There is an action-packed Sunday School every Sunday! We have fun themes for the children throughout the month.  Our Sunday School is set up on a rotational schedule where the children enjoy the following:

Snack in Solid Rock Café

Craft / Games in Creation Station

Scripture Memorization in Bible Mania

Lessons in SYNC or FISH Club

The kids learn to teach Bible studies, witness, play games, learn scripture to music, and study God’s Word. We have puppets, gospel illusions, object lessons, Bible Trivia and lots of fun!!

 

Sunday School at 10AM on Sunday mornings

Kingdom Kidz (Pre K – Kindergarten)

G Force (1st Grade -3rd Grade)

Tranformed (4th Grade – 5th Grade)

 

More Children’s Activities:

Kidzone/ FISH Club (first Wednesday night of each month) – Kid's church service with action songs, games, worship, skits, and an interactive lesson.

Children’s Hands of Worship Team performs throughout the year.

Children participate in presentations done throughout the year for Easter, Mother’s Day, Father’s Day, Grandparent’s Day, Christmas, etc..

A fun fellowship activity is scheduled monthly for the children.

 

Youth Ministry

First Pentecostal Church of Westlake encourages Christian fellowship and discipleship for our young people. This is an important time in teens’ lives. We want to be a support in promoting growth in God and providing fellowship activities for good, wholesome entertainment.

 

R.E.A.L.  Youth Group has Junior High and High School classes in Sunday School every Sunday at 10AM.

R.E.A.L. Youth Services are the first and third week of every month (high-energy youth service with worship, interactive team building games, skills challenge, and youth inspired messages)

Monthly gym nights and youth Chorale

Monthly fellowship activities are scheduled for the youth.

First Pentecostal Church of Westlake hosts an annual Consumed Conference where young people from other churches join together for dynamic church services, games, food and fellowship for an entire weekend.

Driven Ministries

Seeks to connect 18-30 year olds (never been married and no have children)

Sunday School every Sunday at 10AM

First Pentecostal Church of Westlake strives to provide multiple areas to make connection and grow in God. We encourage every age group to carry out the vision of the church to REACH (Outreach), TEACH (Discipleship) and CONNECT (Fellowship Activities) on a monthly basis.
